It turns out that the people at the cannabis dispensary are used to people being nervous their first time. The cannabis dispensary manager said I had a “deer in the headlights” look on my face. To reduce my anxiety and make me feel more at home, the manager gave me a tour of the cannabis dispensary. He let me ask all the questions I had, and pointed out all the different exotic strains of cannabis they carried. He showed me their glassware, their vape products, and explained the various brands of edibles. On top of everything else, they gave me a fat 25% discount on my first cannabis purchase. By the time I left the cannabis dispensary I felt like I had been a regular customer there for years. I don’t know what I was expecting to find, but what I got was the single best customer service experience of my life. By giving me a tour of the cannabis dispensary, the manager made me feel comfortable, and now I can’t wait to go back.
