I very like the fact that the program keeps track of the hours that each employee works.
A couple of weeks ago, the marijuana dispensary got a brand modern software program that keeps track of the hours that each person works in addition to handles all of the accounting… I was using a paper schedule for the longest time, however the software program also allows myself and others to schedule all of the employees in addition to it gives myself and others each 1 of the hours… Everything is set up in an easy to learn spreadsheet. There is a program to print out the schedule in a way that is easy to learn for each 1 of my employees. I can also print out individual schedules instead of a schedule for the entire dispensary. I very like the fact that the program keeps track of the hours that each employee works. I had a hard time keeping my employees under 40 hours. They were constantly switching shifts in addition to trading days, when my boss came down on myself and others in addition to said there was not going to be any more overtime, I had to figure out a way to make sure that these women in addition to men logged out of the assistant before they were hitting overtime. This program keeps track of hours worked in addition to the plan sends myself and others an alert if an employee is busy for more than 40 hours or will hit that amount before the end of the schedule is over. The software program makes it incredibly easy to do my task in addition to that leaves myself and others a lot more time to advertise in addition to come up with creative ideas to sell marijuana products.
