I was not motivated to call anyone for help

I waited 6 months for my boss to finally supply me with the assistant director position.

When I was hired at the cannabis shop in the beginning, the director told me that I was training for the assistant director position.

I did not expect the training to last as long as 6 months. When the boss finally gave me the chance to cover a shift on my own, I wanted everything to be wonderful. I arrived especially bright and early so I could have the cannabis shop open at precisely 9:00 a.m. All of my fellow employees knew that it was going to be my first shift and almost everyone showed up early as well. It was fantastic to see the whole team arriving on time for my first shift. Around 10:30 in the day, there was a line outside with customers waiting to come into the marijuana shop. Sunday is the one day of the week when we have a service representative in the lobby and she was giving out free grams of marijuana concentrate to all of the people in there. The awesome deal spread like wildfire and I wasn’t even shocked in the least to see a line. I was surprised when someone from the lobby came running through the backdoor to find me. There was a fairly major problem in the bathroom. Someone overflowed the toilet. Water was rushing all around the place and there was nothing that I could do. I tried to use the plunger to get the toilet to unclog. I told the lobby representative to close the marijuana shop. I did not want to call anyone for help, but there was nothing else I could do. I called the director and then we had to get a hold of a plumbing dealer.
