Like the song says, the freaks come out at night. Once upon a time I was one of those freaks! These days I am middle-aged and lazy. I like to stay inside at night, smoking dope and watching old movies with my girlfriend. I am content with my life, and have no need to go out at night to party. I have also completely changed my work schedule to exclusively handle the day shifts at the cannabis dispensary. Many of the employees are young and have a nightlife, so they prefer to sleep in late and then cover the night shift. Most days I work alone in the cannabis dispensary, which is perfectly OK by me! On the day shift, most of our cannabis customers are senior citizens, retirees, and soccer moms. Do you know how much marijuana these soccer moms smoke? You would be amazed! Many of my day-shift regulars come straight to the cannabis dispensary after dropping their little kids off at school. I thought it was strange at first, because many of these soccer moms only buy a single pre-roll, or a single cannabis edible. I always stock up and get an ounce or two of a high-end cannabis strain. These ladies prefer to buy one day worth of cannabis at a time. I came to realize they did this because they all enjoy the social aspect of visiting the cannabis dispensary. They stop by for a few minutes a day, chat with their soccer mom friends, and buy just enough marijuana to get high for the day.
