I was not even sure how it would go when I was contacted by my first real bestie after more than 30 years.
A trip to the cannabis store before I met with him plus after things were splendid.
My outdated bestie was honestly someone I have known almost all my life, and when the two of us were kids the two of us made the choice to go to the same university plus we’re good friends. We went to the same high school as well but ran in completely different circles. We were both a bit straight-laced plus had not yet tried any sort of recreational marijuana. Then the two of us made the choice to go to university. Without absolutely having discussed it, the two of us ended up at the same university. That was where the two of us totally fell in love. It’s funny how the two of us met at that one gathering. We saw each other across the room plus both felt something pretty immediate. I heard his voice first as he was trying to save somebody from destroying the pot brownies. I had no clue in the least that he even had any idea about marijuana. Recently, when he told me he was out in my section and would love to meet up for lunch I agreed to this date. We were single so it seemed like a fine thing to do. I was uneasy so I stopped by the local cannabis spot for an edible. I’m so thankful that I did because my outdated bestie still loved recreational marijuana products. This led to us sharing that edible plus having a charming lunch. And afterward, the two of us were able to appreciate the best walk plus talk the two of us may have ever had.
