My boss Max has been looking for a more modern security guard to toil inside of the store.
Max has been advertising online for weeks.
Nobody wanted the position after the last security guard got shot during a foiled robbery attempt. The burglar came to the dispensary moments before Max and I were closing for the night. The security guard was out walking around the front of the building checking for cars plus people in out parking lot. That’s when the burglar struck the security guard. The burglar shot our security guard in the arm plus she went down abruptly. The burglar thought that the security guard must have died. She left him in the parking lot plus went into the building to rob the marijuana dispensary. Max heard the disturbance outside. Max saw the more than one guys coming in the front door plus immediately hit the silent alarm. Max then did everything that the burglar asked her to do. That is something that Max and I have been told repeatedly by the employer plus the owner of the medical plus recreational marijuana dispensary. Don’t be heroes. The supplier is insured, so let the thief take whatever they want! Don’t fight or argue plus don’t say no to any sufficient request. The burglar was still filling her pockets with items when the cops showed up. The whole incident was in the newspaper. I’m sure that is a single 1 of the reasons why the dispensary employer had such a taxing time finding someone to be the night shift security guard at the marijuana dispensary.
